Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Candidates has to responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging the ticket issues
- He/She has to assign the tickets to the next level engineers as per the severity of the tickets
- Candidates has to support on call,ready to work in any shift as per the project requirements of company
- Has to participate in Service desk/server monitoring/Network monitoring and troubleshoot the server related issues in the work environment.
- Candidates should be aware of basic application support knowledge, and ready to handle client problems
- He/She can be able to work independently and has to adopt the changes in working hours
- Must be quick decision taker and like to escalate a ticket to the next level
About Training : Basically the training is for 8 weeks,in the training period candidate will be examined in various technologies.After successful completion of training he will be assigned as junior engineer in Mindtree company
